Welcome to Surviving and Thriving Adolescence with Dr Michael Carr-Gregg, an online school for parents and adolescents where you can learn the skills, knowledge and strategies to cope with all of the challenges that life throws your way. In this online school, Australia's leading adolescent psychologist gives you the evidence-based advice from decades of working with parents and teens on coping with the pressure, working smarter and enjoying the teen years.

"Michael Carr-Gregg was outstanding! Keeping the attention of 16 and 17 year old boys can be hard but he has a gift which keeps them spellbound. He entertains and informs adults and teens alike, leaving them talking, discussing, thinking, all of which leads to an increase in and hopefully improvement in all levels of communication. Wesley was positively buzzing after Michael's visit and children and parents have been recounting his anecdotes and comments."
